Plymouth Locksmith Part 2

We were thrilled to get the lock to our home fixed in what seemed like record time.  The original post is here Locksmith Plymouth

  • The service was great
  • We told the locksmith that we found him on Google Adwords
  • I asked if he was “on” Google Places and the nice fellow didn’t seem to know…..
  •  I said he should be and to also ask each happy customer for a review on Google Places…… He didn’t ask us and that could have been a big downfall if his competition were asking for and getting reviews on Google Places
  • I felt my simple “chat” approach was falling on deaf ears which was fair enough really – he didn’t instigate the conversation.

My conclusion was if you are giving exemplary service let the world know (well Plymouth in this case)

I left a nice review on his Google Places (verified or not) listing and wish him well but do remind everyone to get a review online if you’re doing a good job….

Did you know that Google will not charge you for an obvious fake click ?

Anyone who clicks your Google adWords ppc account and then clicks the back button is seen as possible click fraud.

We like to watch patterns from returning visitors on our Google PPC campaigns and then report the IP address and block the ad from showing to anyone that uses that IP address
